Healing

Emma and I were just having our breakfast and she made a comment about how Jesus had healed her teachers cold this past week, to which she concluded..."it's a miracle!".

We started talking about the fact that every time we overcome sickness it is a miracle - the miracle of God's design for our bodies. Well that got me thinking...I think it's more of a miracle then I really thought.

Was Adam created with the ability to fight of sickness?

If I say "Yes", then it would mean that God assumed that we would sin and need the ability to fight of the sickness that would enter His creation through our sin.

If I say "No", then it would mean that God is making provision for our healing on a daily basis.

Over 6 billion people daily experience God's desire to heal through the miracles of antibodies, regenerative skin, blood clotting enzymes and a myriad of other microscopic warriors that now exist in the human body!

I think that's pretty cool!!

Gotta run. My folks are in town and we are taking them to church this morning.
