My Korean friend

O.K. this is officially my last post today...

I just remembered this incident I wanted to share.

Like I've mentioned before there are alot of Korean speaking people in our class. They don't speak English and need translation for the classes.

One day a few weeks ago, one of our classmates felt like he should pray for the Canadians in the group. So we went up to the front and he prayed for us. Then they asked the Koreans to pray for us. The woman who prayed for me was the mother of Emma's 3 classmates. It was the coolest thing. She started praying for me in Korean as did the crowd of other Koreans around us. But whatever she was praying was somehow touching my heart. I started to cry. And I started to feel the spirit of God on me. It was beautiful that I don't need to understand her to be ministered to.

I kinda smiled because her Korean kinda sounded like she was speaking in tongues. But then she did start speaking in tongues and it was wild that I could tell. But I could tell. I wonder if that was the holy spirit in me connecting with the holy spirit in her. I smiled thinking how cool it would be if one of the Koreans started speaking "English" as their tongue. Makes me want to travel to prove this one!!!!

Love you all.

Thanks for the updates Rhonda. I love hearing the day to day stuff. It helps me to understand what's going on and how we can pray for you better.
